Payment
We currently accept Paypal only - you can use Paypal to process your credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account..

Shipping
We ship via the USPS. All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. We do not ship on the weekends or postal holidays. If you need something fast, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Orders within the US are shipped by First Class or Priority Mail. Express Mail is available upon request for an additional fee. All domestic orders are shipped with delivery confirmation.

International orders are shipped via First Class International, which can take anywhere from 5 days to 6 weeks. Priority International is available upon request. Customs forms will be filled out with correct pricing information as required by law. The customer is responsible for any customs tax that their country may charge. There is no tracking available on First Class International.

Refunds and Exchanges
All returns that are not the fault of The Soda Pop Shop will be charged a 10% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Exchanges may be made, but the customer is responsible for return shipping. A refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping, will be provided once the item is received back in its original condition. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
